Walk through the former Guinness Power Station and avail of one of two wonderful experiences. For €28 per person, you can discover the art of blending and reveal secrets in Room 106. Visitors are taken on a journey from distilling through to maturation and finally blending, showcasing a variety of whiskey styles.
For €23, there’s the Flavours Experience, perfect for the cocktail enthusiasts among us. The cocktail experts on hand will share with you their knowledge and skills and to finish, you’ll enjoy a a whiskey cocktail of your choice from a custom menu in the Power House Bar.
Open Gate Brewery
Also in The Liberties is the Guinness Open Gate Brewery, an experimental brew house that offers surprising flavours, comforting ambience and great food pairings.
The brewers here are given the freedom to try things and experiment, meaning you might be the first person to ever try the next huge beer to come out of this place. In fact, it is the birthplace of Hophouse 13.

Head chef Jennifer Walsh recently revealed to Dublin Live that everything on the menu has at least a touch of pink, such as their beef croquette that come with pink pickled onions and their short ribs with pink peppercorns on top.
